    Unique features: establish your multi-level BOM-system (bill of materials) with the apintra production planning and control system, categorized in key and production divisions. We are also unique in our PPS function with our variant technologies and the formula application.

    Total flexibility: many influences can make adaptions in the production processes become necessary, such as changing order volumes, new variants or special client demands. The integrated critical path analysis of the apintra PPS lets your production control react flexibly and lets you take the best actions for changes. You will benefit from simple correction options and high variability while being able to retrieve extensive information at any time.

    Clever additional features: adapt the production planning and control system exactly to your professional needs and choose among numerous options, such as multiple variant logics: collect staff times, operating or machine data by using the according modules BDE, PZE or MDE. Of course you have interfaces for all modules available for further data processing in payroll accounting programs.

    Integrated critical path analysis

    Critical path analysis defines „any means of analysis, description, planning, controlling and monitoring" of processes based on graph theories, taking time, assets and resources into account.

    The integrated critical path analysis of the apintra Software does not follow the established methods of NetChange, since we believe they are not accurate enough. In order for a system to be accurate and prepared for changes at any time, we always calculate each individual completely new network plan.

    By considering efficiency levels of materials as well as of the capacities, the system is optimized for recalculations and becomes more precise in terms of significance.

    Depending on the individual demands, the calculation process begins either with the start-up routines and goes from there to pre-set the earliest possible start of the following processes (forward planning) or the system schedules from the last processes of the network (which do not have any succeeding processes) and sets the latest possible completion dates of the according upstream processes (backward planning). By combining both methods, either beginning with a defined start or a defined end date, we are able to generate four very important features, besides the individual production time:

  • Earliest possible start-up (ES) (backward planning)
  • Earliest possible completion (EC) (forward planning and individual production time)
  • Latest possible completion (LC) (backward planning)
  • Latest possible start-up (LS) (backward planning and individual production time)

  • Buffer time:
    Buffer times are time scopes for process completions, so-called time reserves. These time scopes may be inserted due to process shifts and/or extensions (lengthening) of process times.

    Additional modules ODP / STP / MDP

    We provide you with functionalities for capturing operating and staff data with our modules ODP (operating data processing), STP (staff time processing) and MDP (machine data processing).

    Time processing is completed by additional electronic devices. These devices are programed to process according to customized work time models and we provide for interfaces for further processing in in payroll accounting programs. You may also define various work time models and functionalities for flextime and piece work compensations.

    Depending on the collection media, the staff identification can be performed by different methods: RFID, bar code and swipe card. We have an optional module for access control available.

    The ODP module captures any company operating data. Times for a production order are allocated together with the elapsed times and the "actual" costs to the according cost drivers while malfunctions, interruptions and quantities are also recorded. According evaluations are available for production orders and capacity stations. The efficiency degrees of capacity stations are automatically optimized and the data is processed in the network plan. Work progress, order status and any order-related outputs are available anytime.

    A fullyautomated supplementary module MDP (machine data processing) is optional and the ODP/MDP modules are easily paired with graphic control stations.
